Role Overview
As an Intern, you will collaborate with our Supply Management team to lead multiple continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency. You'll engage in best practice sharing, internal optimization, and international collaboration across our manufacturing plants throughout the Americas.
Key Responsibilities
Lead continuous improvement projects to optimize supply chain processes.
Collaborate with manufacturing teams across multiple locations to standardize processes and information flows.
Support department reporting by providing timely and accurate data analysis.
Assist in documenting processes and developing training materials to support knowledge retention and succession planning.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program for the next 12 months.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Analysis, or a related field.
Available to work a minimum of 20+ hours per week during normal business hours, with 60% onsite at our Fort Mill, SC headquarters.
Minimum GPA of 2.8 or higher.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
Project management experience or coursework.
Availability to work 24+ hours per week, up to 40 hours per week.
Advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
