Our headquarters in Fort Mill, South Carolina, is on the lookout for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst Intern to be part of our dynamic Supply Chain team!
About The Role
In this role, you will be at the heart of our Supply Management team, balancing tire manufacturing capacities across plants in the US, Mexico, Ecuador, and Brazil. Your work will ensure that our products are available to various sales organizations while optimizing our global manufacturing footprint. Key Responsibilities
Lead Continuous Improvement Projects: Drive multiple projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency of our supply chain management processes. Your projects will be determined upon hiring to maximize both value creation and learning opportunities.
Collaborate and Share Best Practices: Work closely with our Passenger & Light Truck Tires and Truck Tires manufacturing teams to standardize processes and information flows. Expect some international exposure and frequent exchanges with our plants throughout the Americas.
Support Reporting and Documentation: Assist with weekly departmental reporting and help document processes to improve knowledge retention and strengthen succession planning.

Qualifications
Current Enrollment: You must be currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program for the next 12 months.
Relevant Field of Study: Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Analysis, or a related field.
Availability: Able to work a minimum of 20+ hours a week during normal business hours (Mon-Fri), with 60% of that time spent onsite at our Tire Headquarters in Fort Mill, SC.
Academic Performance: Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.8 or higher.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and intercultural sensitivity are essential.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel is required. Some exposure to project management techniques is preferred.
Team Player: Must be a collaborative team player.
Preferred Qualifications
Project Management Experience: Any previous project management experience will be beneficial.
Availability for More Hours: Available to work a minimum of 24+ hours per week, up to 40 hours per week.
Advanced Standing: Master's students or those with Junior or Senior class standing.
Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical thinking skills are a plus.
