Role Overview
Join us for a dynamic internship that blends on-site experience in Fort Mill with remote work flexibility. You'll play a pivotal role in our Supply Management department, where we oversee the balance of manufacturing capacities across multiple plants in the Americas. Your projects will focus on optimizing processes, enhancing information flows, and collaborating with international teams from the U.S. to Brazil.
What You'll Do
Lead multiple continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing supply chain efficiency.
Collaborate closely with our manufacturing teams to standardize processes and share best practices.
Support weekly reporting tasks and assist in documenting processes to ensure knowledge retention and effective training.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a U.S. accredited degree program for the next 12 months.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data Analysis, or related fields.
Available to work a minimum of 20+ hours per week during normal business hours (Mon-Fri), with 60% of that time spent on-site in Fort Mill, SC.
Maintain a minimum GPA of 2.8 or higher.
Strong Excel proficiency and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across different cultures.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in project management.
Available to work 24+ hours per week up to 40 hours.
Master's student, Junior, or Senior class standing with advanced analytical thinking skills.
