We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. Duties to include the following:

We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. Duties to include the following:
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR matters.
- Filing documents and answering employee inquiries.
- Scheduling interviews.
- Assisting in organizing company events.
- Performing ad hoc tasks as required.
- Enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Human Resources or a related field
- Prior experience working in an office &/or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Basic understanding of labor laws.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Must have the ability to work as part of a team.
- Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills.
