Vial is a hyper scale biotech company. The Vial CRO powers its drug discovery arm, Battery Bio, an AI-powered hyper scalable biotech. Battery Bio harnesses Vial's unique 90% lower cost structure to produce more affordable drug development with efficient, streamlined clinical trials.

What You'll Do

We are looking for a Strategy and Operations Intern for a 4-month internship. In this role, you will gain exposure to various projects at Vial, including those focused on setting and executing firm-level strategy. You will report directly to the Office of the COO, engage closely with the executive team, and have significant autonomy in leading projects.

• Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Analyze operational processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Coordinate with various departments to support the successful execution of clinical trials.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of best practices and operational policies.
  
  

What You'll Bring

• Background in business and biotech-related fields; recent graduates or final-year students preferred.
• Strong interest in the intersection of technology and biotech.
• Phenomenal problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to combine business context and science.
• Eager to learn and take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.

Compensation

$30 per hour - 30-40 hours a week.
