Your Role And Responsibilities
- Guide projects through all design phases, from concept to completion
- Mentor and inspire junior team members, fostering their professional growth
- Collaborate closely with clients, building strong relationships based on trust and results
- Oversee material selection, finishes, and furniture choices
- Participate in construction administration, ensuring design integrity
- Create detailed plans, elevations, and architectural drawings
- Cultivate a positive, innovative studio culture that encourages critical thinking
- Manage client and consultant communications effectively
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design
- 10+ years of professional experience in interior design and documentation
- Expertise in multifamily housing projects (healthcare and hospitality experience a plus)
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with diverse personalities
- Positive attitude, curiosity, and adaptability
- Capacity to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
