Your Role And Responsibilities
Guide projects through all design phases, from concept to completion
Mentor and inspire junior team members, fostering their professional growth
Collaborate closely with clients, building strong relationships based on trust and results
Oversee material selection, finishes, and furniture choices
Participate in construction administration, ensuring design integrity
Create detailed plans, elevations, and architectural drawings
Cultivate a positive, innovative studio culture that encourages critical thinking
Manage client and consultant communications effectively
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design
10+ years of professional experience in interior design and documentation
Expertise in multifamily housing projects (healthcare and hospitality experience a plus)
Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
Excellent communication skills and ability to connect with diverse personalities
Positive attitude, curiosity, and adaptability
Capacity to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
