Interior Designer

urban are hiring for a leading multi-disciplinary design studio based in Miami ,seeking a talented and technical Interior Designer to join their growing team. Our client specialize in innovative, high-end commercial and residential projects, including hotels, restaurants, retail spaces, and private residences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to deliver projects on schedule.
• Conduct image research, create mood boards, develop presentations in InDesign, build finish palettes, and illustrate designs in 2D and 3D.
• Work on diverse project types: hotels, commercial residential, F&B, and high-end private residential.
• Understand drawing sets, interior finish specifications, and FF&E specifications.
• Engage comfortably in client-facing interactions.

Desired Experience:

• 5-7 years of interior design experience, covering all project phases from concept to construction administration.
• Proficiency in space planning, furniture and material selections, product research, and detailing.
• Experience in designing and specifying custom furniture for residential and hospitality/commercial environments.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture or Interior Design; LEED certification and NCIDQ are a plus.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, REVIT, and SketchUp.
• Must be based in Miami.
• Required to be in the office 1-3 times weekly, depending on project demands.
