Interior Designer

About this role:

High-end hospitality and private residential Interior Design firm. Work in a beautiful studio in Soho with a fun and hard-working team of designers.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Assist Senior Team in the design process in conjunction with the other intermediate interior and FF&E designers.
• Execute design presentations with review from the Project Director from concept books through DD books.
• Communicate and coordinate with all contractors and vendors for the projects in a daily basis.
• Develop interior modeling for renderings and presentations.
• Produce design drawings and plans including RCPs, architectural details, and millwork drawings.
• Draw custom furniture and participate in the sourcing, procurement, and installation of FF&E.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design.
• 5+ years of professional, post graduate experience, high-end residential or hospitality experience.
• An understanding of the process of taking design projects from concept to construction.
• Proficient knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD is required. SketchUp and Photoshop skills are a plus.

Salary: $95,000 - $120,000
