Interim Resident Care Director

Whitney Place Assisted Living and Memory Care at Natick is seeking an interim Resident Care Director to oversee all aspects of the Assisted Living Community.

This is an incredible opportunity for a current SNF Director to dip their toe into the exciting world of Assisted Living. Requirements

• RN/ LPN with two or more years of supervisory/ management, clinical experience
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with residents, families, physicians, outside agencies, and all levels of staff.
• Applies good judgement and resourcefulness in emergency situations
