Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC), the leading provider for superior weapon systems, sensors, and services is seeking Intelligence Analyst Staff in Orlando, FL.
The candidate will support the overall Counterintelligence (CI) and Insider Threat Program and strategy across the MFC enterprise, and will be fully integrated into MFC Special Access Programs operations while serving as the MFC Special Access Program Counterintelligence Lead (SAPCIL). SAPCIL will be the focal point for CI activities and initiatives supporting Special Programs and will serve as the conduit for CI with the US Government customers. Will develop education and training materials in support of the CI/Insider Threat mission and will engage internal and external stakeholders on a continuing basis as an integral partner for the CI/Insider Threat program. This candidate will have the knowledge and expertise to identify emerging trends and patterns, conduct risk assessments and implement threat mitigation strategies from a CI perspective.
The candidate will be responsible for conducting a variety of internal employee-related investigations across Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in accordance with company policy and procedure.
Responsible for developing investigation strategy, conducting thorough and prompt investigations of allegations of misconduct, and documenting the findings in written investigation reports in a logical and supported manner. Prepares letters, reports and written summary of findings, with supporting documentation, that are fair, impartial and represent the facts; provides information for internal adjudicating committees; etc.
Responsible for gathering relevant facts and data by conducting interviews, collecting documents and other evidence, and other investigative techniques. Responsible for analyzing data and drawing conclusions supported by the facts. Responsible for developing and applying advanced concepts, techniques, and standards related to investigations.
Responsible for developing solutions to problems of unusual complexity which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovativeness. Challenges are frequently unique and solutions may serve as precedent for future decisions.
Understands relevant federal, state and local laws as well as LM policies and procedures. Demonstrates integrity and sensitivity of diverse cultures; performs detailed work with accuracy; exercises sound judgment in safeguarding confidential and sensitive information; exercises maturity and diplomacy when dealing with people in sensitive situations.
This candidate ensures that counterintelligence activities are thoroughly performed and properly documented for business reference and quality.
Provides recommendations and formulates/implements counterintelligence strategies for review by the leadership team to apply across the enterprise. This candidate will interface with MFC Security management as well as Corporate Office of Counterintelligence Operations on CI issues and will support various functional leadership, including HR, Legal, Ethics and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) organizations.
Understands relevant federal, state and local laws as well as LM policies and procedures. Demonstrates integrity and sensitivity of diverse cultures; performs detailed work with accuracy; exercises sound judgment in safeguarding confidential and sensitive information; exercises diplomacy when dealing with people in sensitive situations.
