Integration Architect

As the Integration Architect, you will play a crucial role in our client's rapidly growing property and casualty business segment. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to define and implement solutions that allow partner organizations to integrate seamlessly with systems and processes. Your technical expertise and strong communication skills will be essential in engaging with all contributors, regardless of their technical knowledge or seniority.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own technical solutions.
- Drive initial discussions and technical briefings to establish new partner relationships.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the partner experience and streamline onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental stakeholders to design consensus-driven technical solutions.
- Coordinate with developers, QA teams, and senior business stakeholders to implement approved designs.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date product backlog for partner efforts.
- Ensure stakeholders understand the status and progress of backlog efforts.
- Work with partner and technical education teams to create and update learning materials for external partners.
- Lead triage and troubleshooting efforts for partner integration issues.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering/Related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- 7+ years in a technology environment, including .NET, RESTful APIs, web and cloud-based technologies, and Agile methodologies.
- 2+ years in a similar role.
- Several years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance or the broader insurance industry.
