Integrated Marketing Manager

Devise and execute top-of-funnel marketing strategies to shift and maintain brand perception and corporate reputation. In 2024, we’ll focus on content marketing programs, partnerships and experiences to reclaim Discord’s position in culture as a force for good and increase relevance with people who play games.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the development and production of high quality evergreen content programs that grow and reinforce Discord’s relevance in gaming
• Identify real-time moments to highlight games getting traction both on and off our platform to build relevance and drive new and resurrected players to Discord
• Collaborate with internal and external creative partners to ensure a unified look and feel across product and brand content
• Manage the marketing-wide content and campaign calendar in close partnership with channel managers – social, in-product, and email – and Product Marketing
• Partner with Data Science on measuring the impact of our marketing efforts and leverage insights to consistently improve our impact and efficiency
• Partner with social on how to leverage influencers to support Discord campaigns, events, launches, and moments
  
  

What You Should Have

• 4-6+ years of experience in marketing
• A deep love for Discord and our audience
• The ability to clearly communicate complicated concepts at the appropriate level of detail across the organization
• Proven experience in developing sophisticated go-to-market plans across multiple channels and markets
• Effective prioritization when it comes to managing projects with multiple stakeholders
• Comfort in working in ambiguous environments and navigating changing timelines
  
  

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $152,000 to $167,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
