The primary purpose of this position is to collect and enter accurate data for applicable tracking systems to fulfill program goals and requirements, and
assist with administering and proctoring student assessments as required by program guidelines. This position will be responsible for the following:
Identify and respond to problems effectively
Provide technical assistance and support online, over the phone, and in person to internal and external clients
Communicate effectively and work cooperatively with others
Complete assignments on time and with accuracy
Follow program guidelines and adhere to program requirements including producing and maintaining program files, reports, and logs as needed
Perform other duties as assigned
This position is grant funded, and will have a schedule of up to 19 hours per week.
