MoveDocs is seeking an Intake Coordinator to join our growing Facilitation team. This role will report to the director of operations on the facilitation team. The Intake Coordinator is a critical part of the facilitation team. This position is responsible for creating and assigning incoming cases from law firms to facilitators, tracking volume and case rotation, running reports daily, and tracking incoming procedures and appointment requests. The Intake Coordinator position may work with the facilitation medical records team on occasion, and other projects as assigned. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is good at multitasking, quickly adapts to change, likes challenges, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. MoveDocs takes pride in providing excellent and expedient service to our clients and the qualified candidate must be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
This position will work a full-time schedule in person at our Las Vegas, Nevada office.
Responsibilities
Maintains confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Creates and assigns cases to facilitation team daily
Tracks all incoming procedure and appointment requests for facilitation
Supports facilitation team as needed with incoming requests through email and portal
Performs other related duties as assigned
Interacts with other departments to ensure processes are being followed
Works within our proprietary system, Power BI and the MoveDocs portal
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
Strong organizational skills and the ability to focus on multiple tasks
Proficient in Windows system and Microsoft Office; proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to type 45 wpm
Strong customer service skills
