Education: College degree in the areas of psychology, social work or a related field is preferable but not required.
In the Intake Coordinator role, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Processes applicant information as received in the office
Acts as case manager for assigned applicants from application review through entry into the residential program
Conducts application review, treatment summary review, and phone interview
Conducts average of 3-4 interviews per week
Reviews submitted documentation and prepares Intake Assessments
Prepares applicant files for review by Intake Committee
Facilitates Orientation process for applicants who have been accepted
Assists in keeping applicant files current and orderly in compliance with licensing requirements per the Intake Supervisor
Facilitates approval and referral calls as well as phone check-ins for applicants
Assists in providing referrals through email, phone, letter, as needed, for applicants in process
Available to participate in and/or lead any additional projects or assignments as requested by Intake Supervisor
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (40 hours/week)
Compensation: $19-20/hour

Mercy Multiplied exists to provide opportunities for all to experience God’s unconditional love, forgiveness, and life-transforming power. Mercy’s Residential counseling Program is voluntary, biblically-based, and helps young women ages 13–32 break free from life-controlling issues and situations, including anxiety, depression, abuse, eating disorders, self-harm, addictions, unplanned pregnancy, and sex trafficking. These residential services are offered free-of-charge. The Mercy Multiplied Center for Wellness and Counseling is Mercy’s free-of-charge Outpatient counseling Program for men and women aged 13 and older. Our Outreach Services train and resource men and women to effectively support and minister to those who are hurting and struggling through workshops, videos, podcasts, discipleship teaching, and other practical resources.
