Insurance Services Coordinator

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School graduate or GED equivalent
  • Considerable knowledge of IHS software systems including (but not limited to) ADAM, HealthQuest, and other HIS specific software programs
  • Working knowledge of insurance related regulatory requirements
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional presentation and communications skills
  • Ability to apply the principles of adult learning in the design and delivery of training.


Desired Qualifications

  • Associate's degree


Provides assistance to the Insurance Manager and Team Lead to maintain backlog reduction of unbilled accounts. Serves as the liaison with PFS to improve the life cycle of an account.
