Key Responsibilities
Oversee projects related to system integrations and marketing initiatives, managing timelines and deliverables.
Configure new insurance agency partners into the carrier administration system.
Optimize carrier administration system for optimal UX and performance.
Configure new insurance partners within marketing platform, executing deployment of email marketing campaigns.
Provide technical support for frontline account managers related to insurance platforms, managing support queue and feature requests.
Manage and optimize marketing platform workflows, reporting, and campaign performance.
Ensure clear and effective communication with internal teams regarding system functionalities and marketing strategies.
Create and document standard processes and focus on continuous process improvement for efficiency.
Collaborate with cross functional teams including marketing, IT, and other departments to develop and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment and effectiveness.
Conduct data analysis and prepare reports for internal stakeholders, providing essential business insights.
Manage reporting/tagging process and marketing and product testing.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a complex, matrixed organization.
Industry experience in insurance, marketing, and product a plus.
Experience with modern insurance carrier admin systems a plus.
Education:
Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Technical, Education, MBA, Marketing, Management, Technology, Communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience
