Job Summary
Join our team as a Contract Review Consultant for a 6-month remote contract in the USA. Your role will involve analyzing and suggesting changes to insurance requirements in client contracts to minimize contractual risk. Additionally, you'll provide clients with contract review resources, templates, and tools to simplify the review process.
Responsibilities
Review insurance requirements in contracts and suggest changes based on client insurance programs and best practices.
Develop customized contract review tools and insurance templates to streamline the process.
Offer guidance to clients on contract review questions.
Ensure compliance with company policies for correspondence, timekeeping, and expense reporting.
Respond to client contract review needs promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with colleagues and use technology platforms for research.
Organize and track contract reviews efficiently.
Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
3-10 years of experience in corporate risk management at an insurance carrier or law firm.
Proficiency in commercial liability insurance, including various commercial lines like general liability, cyber liability, and professional liability.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Familiarity with ISO policy forms and endorsements.
Desired Skills
Background in insurance coverage analysis and placement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Word and Excel, and other relevant software and systems.
Excellent English language skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
