8 years' Experience organizing curriculum that breaks a complex subject into blocks or units of instruction. Courses may be instructor based, computer-based, simulator based,
8 years' Skill in the development and maintenance of classroom techniques that reflect professionalism and good discipline and using teaching techniques and scenarios to maintain high motivation and interest in the subject areas

2 years Experience with creating Electronic and Information Resources (EIR) training materials for customers requiring special assistance to obtain required or requested information.
