We are seeking a dynamic individual to lead our Education Abroad Program based in Tokyo, Japan. This role involves comprehensive oversight of program operations, including budget management, facility negotiations, student accommodation, IT services, and residential logistics. The ideal candidate will excel in promoting the program through various channels such as education abroad fairs, information sessions, and personalized student interactions. Managing admissions and enrollment year-round is crucial, alongside supervising a program assistant to ensure seamless execution across all dimensions.
Responsibilities also include providing guidance to students and parents on international travel safety, conducting predeparture and post-program sessions to orient students to academic requirements and cultural nuances. The position involves teaching: Introduction to International Business during the Spring 2025 semester, while overseeing and supporting 15-20 undergraduate students abroad.
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Education or related field
Minimum 3 years experience developing and leading undergraduate education abroad programs
5 years university-level teaching experience
Extensive knowledge of Tokyo, Japan, and Japanese culture/business environment
