Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated professional to provide technical expertise, instruction, consultation, training, research and development, and real-world mission support in advanced Signals Intelligence (SI), Electronic Warfare (EW) technology, and Cyber Enablement tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). This role involves both classroom and field instruction, as well as creating, planning, and participating in military exercises as a SI Subject Matter Expert (SME). Additionally, there may be opportunities to support overseas U.S. government missions on a volunteer basis in an operational capacity.

Essential Functions

Conduct classroom training on Radio Frequency theory, communications technology, SI collection and analysis, ground and airborne SI/EW operations, and relevant TTPs.

Act as a SI SME during Special Operations and other military training exercises, including providing live signal environments, scripting, scenario development, managing role players, and mentoring military personnel.

Perform live collection, analysis, technical Red Cell, and other SI/EW operations to support customer objectives.

Create, plan, and execute comprehensive training exercises, including scenario development, logistical planning, target package creation, live signal environments, and mentoring active duty SI/EW personnel.

Conduct syllabus reviews in collaboration with other instructors and the Program Manager to ensure training meets customer requirements.

Offer technical expertise on emerging technologies and R&D in support of the company's business efforts.

Maintain and enhance proficiency in SI/EW theory, equipment, technology, tactics, techniques, and procedures.

Volunteer as a SI SME for U.S. government missions overseas.

Ability to quickly gain, maintain, and enhance proficiency in SI/EW/Cyber Enablement theory, equipment, technology, tactics, techniques, and procedures.

Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in English (both oral and written), and the ability to teach and mentor effectively.

Mastery of SI collection, analysis, collection management, computer networking, radio frequency theory, antenna

High level of initiative and capability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Supervisory Responsibility

This role does not have administrative supervisory responsibilities but may involve limited supervisory duties during training events.

Work Environment

The position primarily operates in office/classroom settings in both CONUS and OCONUS locations, with occasional work in challenging tactical field environments or austere overseas locations.

Travel

Minimum 50% travel within CONUS. Additional travel opportunities may be available upon request.

Education and Experience

Required Experience

Minimum of 15 years' experience in SI/EW/Cyber Enablement supporting military/government operations and training.

At least 4 operational overseas deployments (or a minimum of 16 months cumulative time) as an SI/EW operator.

Preferred Experience

20 years of active duty SI/EW experience with six or more deployments.

Previous active duty rank of E-8 or higher.

10 years' experience with a Special Operations Forces unit as an SI/EW operator.

Certificates and Licenses

Required

FCC Amateur Extra Class License.

Security+ Certification or equivalent.

Linux Academy Fundamentals or equivalent.

Honorable discharge from active duty in the US Armed Forces as reflected in DD214.

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Must be a U.S. citizen without dual citizenship.

Must hold current Top Secret/SCI eligibility.

Must be able to operate on or access NSAnet databases.
