Position Details
Role: Continuing Education Teacher (CET)
Duration: Saturday, August 24, 2024, to August 31, 2024
Schedule: Saturdays, 10 am - 2 pm
Format: Online
Pay Rate: $40 - $50/hr
Responsibilities
Course Design and Delivery:
Develop engaging course materials and lesson plans.
Deliver interactive lectures, workshops, and seminars.
Incorporate multimedia and real-world examples to enhance learning.
Student Engagement And Support
Cultivate a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
Mentor students on their leadership journey.
Provide timely feedback to support student growth.
Assessment And Evaluation
Design assessments to measure student learning.
Grade assignments with fairness and consistency.
Monitor student progress and performance.
Professional Development And Collaboration
Stay updated on leadership trends and research.
Engage in faculty meetings and development opportunities.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
Qualifications
Education:
Master's or Doctorate in Leadership Studies or related field.
Experience
Demonstrated leadership experience in academic, corporate, or non-profit sectors.
Previous teaching or training experience, preferably in higher education.
Skills And Competencies
Strong understanding of leadership theories and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate students.
Proficiency in educational technology and learning management systems.
