An instructional designer (ID) plays a crucial role in developing effective and engaging learning experiences.

  • 3 days onsite


Duties

  • Conduct needs assessments and identify learning goals and objectives
  • Design instructional materials, including assessments, activities, and content
  • Develop engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer of knowledge
  • Implement instructional strategies using various delivery methods (e.g., e-learning)
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of courses and instructional materials, making improvements as necessary
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), instructors, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and relevance of content
  • Stay updated with the latest instructional design trends, techniques, and technologies
  • Create accessible training with usability eLearning platforms.


Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience
  • Have Articulate Storyline experience.
  • Must be okay with some travel domestic and international. (valid passport)
  • Proficient using eLearning applications (Articulate Studio and Articulate Storyline).
  • GovCon experience is a plus.
  • Masters degree would be a plus.
