Join our team as an Instructional Designer and play a vital role in shaping the learning landscape of our global organization. As part of our dynamic team, you'll collaborate with experts across various segments, continuously enhancing our training materials and processes to drive maximum value. From partnering with subject matter experts to managing end-to-end training projects, you'll be instrumental in fostering a culture of learning and development.

What You'll Be Doing
90% Curricula and Content Development:
Ensure consistency in training materials for employees, agents, and team members.
Develop engaging curricula covering processes, technology, and business rules.
Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain clarity in training and processes.
Document existing and new company processes for training purposes.
5% Technology & Education:
Provide expertise in learning technology.
Coach team members on current technology usage.
Research and evaluate emerging learning technologies.
5% Special Projects, Training, and Other Duties:
Contribute to special projects and training initiatives as needed.
What You Bring To The Team
Three to five years of experience in adult learning and instructional design.
Proficiency in the ADDIE system and Kirkpatrick levels of evaluation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a global perspective.
Ability to engage with individuals at all organizational levels.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in independent research and translating findings into instructional material.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Word.
Familiarity with eLearning development tools like Articulate.
Bachelor's degree required.
