Role Overview:

As a Contract Instructional Designer, you will be at the forefront of creating groundbreaking e-learning content that inspires and empowers learners to unleash their full potential. You will design and develop engaging, interactive, and impactful learning experiences that go beyond traditional methods. If you are a creative thinker, a disruptor, and a game-changer, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Develop Innovative Content:

  • Create dynamic, interactive e-learning modules that captivate and engage learners.
  • Develop content that challenges conventional learning methods and encourages critical thinking and application.


Collaborate & Innovate:

  • Work closely with subject matter experts to bring fresh ideas to life.
  • Continuously seek out and implement new technologies, tools, and methods to enhance the learning experience.


Analyze & Adapt:

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through feedback and data analysis.
  • Adapt and refine instructional strategies based on learner needs and feedback.


Champion User Experience:

  • Ensure that all e-learning materials are user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with our brand's voice and tone.
  • Design learning journeys that are not only educational but also inspiring and fun.


What Were Looking For:

Creative Visionary:

  • A proven track record of designing innovative and effective e-learning solutions.
  • A portfolio showcasing your ability to think outside the box and create engaging learning experiences.


Technical Proficiency:

  • Expertise in e-learning authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Familiarity with multimedia design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video production tools.


Strong Collaborator:

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a remote, diverse team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with a high degree of flexibility.


Passionate Educator:

  • Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
  • A passion for empowering women and a commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
