Compensation: Base annual salary + annual bonus %
Base Compensation Range: $70,000-$85,000/year
Location: Onsite at GOLFTEC's Headquarters in Englewood, CO
Position Summary:
GOLFTEC Enterprises is seeking a dynamic and experienced Instructional Design & Training Specialist to join our Human Resources team. Our mission is to help people play better golf, and we believe that investing in the learning and development of our employees is key to achieving this goal. This role will be instrumental in improving our current curriculum by using data to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees and directly contribute to the success of GOLFTEC Enterprises and the achievement of our long-term goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise on current curriculums for employees ranging from entry level to executive
Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create impactful learning experiences at all stages of the employee life cycle
Design and improve training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments
Collaborate with subject matter experts, department leaders, and HR to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and effective in meeting learning objectives
Ensure all digital content is accessible, organizedorganized, and compliant
Evaluate the effectiveness of training courses and make improvements as needed
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and learning technologies to reinforce learning and development initiatives across GOLFTEC.
Lead the implementation of learning management systems and other relevant technologies
Partner with leadership to ensure that our training curriculums align with GOLFTEC's mission and values
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or relevant field.
3 years of experience in instructional design in a corporate setting or related field.
Proficiency in eLearning design, audio and video editing
Strong instructional design skills and experience developing a variety of training materials
Demonstrated experience with common web and eLearning authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, and Camtasia
Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of golf instruction or a passion for the game is a plus
Experience with learning management systems and other training technologies
Familiarity with the following programs & systems is preferred:
