Office and Travel: This role involves weekly travel to school sites, typically 4 days a week. Consultants work from home when not traveling.
The Opportunity
As an Instructional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting partner schools across the country to achieve exceptional instructional outcomes through professional development and coaching. This role is ideal for educational leaders with experience in secondary math education and a proven track record in diverse educational settings.
What You'll Do
School-Based Support:
Strategically guide the implementation of curriculum and instructional models in partner schools to ensure equitable outcomes for all students.
Provide high-quality instructional management plans, professional development, and coaching to teachers, instructional coaches, and school leaders.
Monitor progress through onsite coaching, data analysis, and stakeholder meetings.
Foster collaboration among team members to enhance instructional tools and practices.
Other Responsibilities
Deliver impactful professional development sessions to a national audience.

Qualifications
3+ years of leadership experience in education (e.g., assistant principal, principal, district director).
Minimum 3 years of teaching, coaching, and leadership experience in secondary math.
Strong content knowledge in Mathematics or English Language Arts preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with diverse learner populations and Common Core State Standards is advantageous.
