As an Installer (also known as Equipment Technician, Service Team Member), your primary responsibility will be to install and service commercial laundry equipment. You'll ensure customer satisfaction by adhering to quality standards and procedures, diagnosing and resolving issues, and providing recommendations and instructions on equipment usage. You'll also collaborate with the field service team for preventive maintenance and parts repair.

Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of work experience in commercial, military, industrial or manufacturing equipment repair preferred. Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
Strong Mechanical Acumen; Ability to identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and electrical issues. Ability to read, interpret, and understand electrical and mechanical drawings.
