Salary: $23.00 - $26.00 an hour depending on experience.

Job Summary: As the Support Representative for our Inside Sales team, you will be our go to hub for team support, serving as an integral member of our sales team. You’ll be responsible for a range of activities including lead follow-up and providing customer service to support our contractors and municipalities across the whole footprint of our companies.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Greet, direct customers, and manage solicitors, while also answering phones as needed.
  • Order business cards and brochures as needed and assist with upcoming training events.
  • Support marketing with photos, information, and any other needs.
  • Maintain accurate customer contact information.
  • Follow up with leads from various market channels, including website, Lead Forensics, Forestry/Machinery Trader, Factory Leads, Call/Walk Ins, and social media.
  • Assist with review and distribution of Zoom info leads.
  • Update databases with equipment sales and cleanup, ensuring the team always has access to the most up to date information.
  • Regularly review and update databases, including quotes, bid opportunities, leads, mappings, and additions/changes.
  • Ensure the team of Account Territory Managers are trained and keep in communication with them regularly.
  • Prepare and organize materials for sales team.
  • Research and organize the team’s participation in tradeshows.
  • Maintain opportunities from the website, ensuring proper lead source tracking.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of team support experience with a proven track record of success in a sales environment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to lift and move items weighing over 50 pounds.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to produce positive outcomes.
  • Experience in government or municipal sales is a plus.
  • Familiarity with environmental equipment and products is a plus.
