A professional to join our dynamic sales team for our client in Acton, Massachusetts. s an Inside Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our revenue growth and developing and executing effective sales strategies for the delivery of cutting-edge laboratory systems for the geotechnical industry. You will be reporting to the Sales Manager of the Products Division Your primary goal will be to maintain strong customer relationships; ensure forecasts, value propositions, budget quotations and proposals meet client needs and are sent in a timely fashion. Key Responsibilities: . Develop understanding of existing sales processes to ensure all budget quotations and value propositions are sent in a timely fashion. . Prepare and deliver budget quotations and value propositions to clients . Pro-actively support sales managers t exceed their sales quotas Assure existing accounts are maintained and identify up-sell opportunities . Collaborate with other groups within the Division, including Production, QA/QC, and Support to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of sales efforts. Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork . Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, follow-ups, and exceptional customer service Support the Sales Manager and Sales Account Manager when traveling to trade shows, conferences, and client meetings . Using Our client CRM and ERP, track leads, opportunities, and sales activities; provide regular reports to the Sales Manager . Work to understand unique client needs and challenges, and effectively communicate how the products division of Client can provide tailored systems and solutions . Developed awareness of industry trends and competitor offerings and communicate key insights back to the management team . Identify bottlenecks, implement process improvements, and leverage technology to improve sales results Ensure the sales team is correctly using all tracking and reporting tools Help Identify and target potential clients in the US and abroad

Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, geology, math, information technology or related STEM field. . Minimum of 3 years work experience in inside sales, customer service or CRM business analysis, preferably in engineering related industry. Exceptional communication and customer-centric interpersonal skills . Self-motivated, positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer service . Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate insights . Results-oriented with a focus. achieving and exceeding targets . Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing business environment . Experience with CRM and ERP systems (knowledge of SAP is a plus) . Proficiency in Salesforce software and sales productivity tools . Proficiency in using MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and others), Google Sheets, or equivalent
