Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM
Compensation: $50,000.00 to $65,000.00 base plus uncapped commission dependent on experience. POTENTIAL EARNINGS UP TO $125,000.00
Experience: At least One (1) to Two (2) experience of cold calling or in an inside sales representative role A MUST.
Position Purpose:
The Inside Sales Representative is a critical sales associate who plays a key role in generating leads and building a pipeline of potential clients. Essential Responsibilities:
· Generates partnership leads for the company through cold-calling efforts.
· Executes outbound prospect qualification and account research.
· Manages and maintains CRM ensuring accuracy and integrity.
· Builds a deep pipeline of future opportunities.
· Works closely with Practice Growth and Sales team to generate and qualify new leads.
· Manages outbound mailing program.
· Assists in additional administrative tasks as needed.
· Acts as a team player in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.
Requirements / Qualifications:
· Experience cold calling small businesses.
· Experience in an outside sales role or strong desire to move into sales.
· Ability to communicate, both written and orally.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
· Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner.
· Ability to deliver assigned goals and targets.
Deliverables:
· Execute a minimum of 350 calls/week and document all interactions in CRM.
· Generate a minimum of 3 qualified leads/month for the Sales team.
