Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative located in Streetsboro, OH. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for customer satisfaction, lead generation, account management, and providing excellent customer service. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new products, and promoting products and brands at industry shows.
Qualifications
Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills
Strong customer satisfaction and customer service orientation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
Experience with exhaust systems or performance parts is a plus
Proficient in CRM software (Hubspot Preferred)
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is preferred
