Overview: Powerwell, a prominent recruiting firm, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This position involves selling staffing solutions to the private sector, encompassing a wide range of professions including technology, business, and administrative roles. Our company specializes in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) with a variety of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of 35 industries across the United States.


Job Type: 35 Hours Week+, Hourly Pay + Performance Compensation


Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and scheduled meetings to introduce Powerwell's staffing services and solutions.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the benefits of various RPO solutions including Veteran RPO, Diversity RPO, University RPO, Full-Cycle RPO, Partial-Cycle RPO, and Recruiter-On-Demand.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of industry trends and staffing needs to offer customized solutions to each client.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by developing new business and enhancing existing relationships.
  • Utilize CRM software to track client interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate sales records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnership.
  • Participate in training sessions to stay updated on the latest staffing trends and sales techniques. 

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education, certification, or background in call center sales, marketing, or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in a call center or staffing industry environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuasively convey the value of staffing services.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent work ethic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. CRM System use in the past is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
  • Dedication to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers.
