This is an very exciting opportunity with fintech company in the construction space that is expanding rapidly and looking to increase there presence here in the U.S. This role is perfect for those eager to kick-start their career in tech within a dynamic and high-performing team.


The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment and holds or is in the final year of a Bachelor's degree in commerce, construction, business or a related field. You must have excellent communication skills, be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.


Responsibilities

  • Outbound customer engagement from warm leads.
  • Onboarding new businesses to "the platform" using a range of sales techniques and channels
  • Nurturing long-term usage of our service/platform with active users
  • Advising SMEs on their working capital, taking a consultative approach to identify the best working capital solution using "the platform".
  • Building strong relationships with financial decision-makers and directors at target businesses.
  • Handling inbound client queries and collaborating with internal stakeholders.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Construction, or related field (may also be in the final year of degree)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Construction Management, finance, or accounting experience is a plus
  • Previous sales related experience beneficial but not essential
  • Lives in or within commute of Denver, CO
  • Employment type
