Our client, a dynamic private equity-backed company, is seeking an ambitious and driven Inside Sales Manager. Specializing in the supply of science-backed and clinically studied nutraceutical ingredients, as well as functional food ingredients. Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Manager will play a critical role in driving sales and fostering relationships with clients across the United States. This remote position is ideal for a candidate located in the central USA, who thrives in a performance-driven environment and possesses a strong hunter mentality.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the nutraceutical and functional food ingredient markets.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies that align with company goals and market demands.
Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive and strategic sales approaches.
Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our client's offerings.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience working with nutraceutical or dietary supplement ingredients; experience with functional food and beverage ingredients is also valuable.
A technical degree is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Highly motivated with a hunter mentality and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while remaining connected to the team.
