Job Description: As the Inside Sales Manager at Blue Star Architectural Glass, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and enhancing customer relationships within our nationwide target market, which includes contract glaziers, window manufacturers, curtainwall contractors, glazing unitizers and more.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with the estimating team to promptly respond to customer requests for quotes and ensure competitive pricing strategies
Utilize Salesforce CRM to efficiently manage customer information, sales activities, and track sales performance metrics
Work closely with regional sales representatives to support their efforts in building and maintaining client relationships
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets across multiple branches
Actively prospect and engage potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
Proven experience in inside sales or sales management role, preferably within the glass or construction industry
Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with architectural glass products and manufacturing processes
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively
Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, and other sales productivity tools
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
Motivated self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
