Job Description NETZSCH Premier Technologies, LLC is looking for a highly technical, self-motivated person to work as an Inside Sales Engineer. The Inside Sales Engineer supports sales activities including working with customers, evaluating their applications, and preparing quotations. There is room to grow within this role where you will have the opportunity to specialize in a specific application to help guide the growth and development of the application within North America. Specific duties include, but are not limited to: Standardization and maintenance of offers, pricing and quotations along defined guidelines. Evaluate applications and prepare quotations for specified regions where responsible. Coordinate lab tests with NPT Lab Manager and outside test resources including other NETZSCH Laboratories. Support and participate in customer laboratory tests. Provide technical information to regional sales managers and other sales channels. Assist customers with new or existing processes, applications or problems. Provide sales related information to new or existing customers that contact NETZSCH. Represent the company on sales calls, trade shows and other events. Input and update information in CRM Other duties may be assigned Qualifications Successful candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, and previous experience interacting with customers. At least one year of similar work experience is preferred, but not required. In addition, candidates should have: The ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely matter, gather and analyze information skillfully, develop alternative solutions and work well in group problem solving situations. The ability to communicate effectively and work closely with internal and external customers. A desire to strengthen knowledge in materials processing. The ability to organize and prioritize in a multi-tasking environment to obtain deadlines and follow through on commitments.
