Inside Client Executive -- Remote

Role Summary

As an Inside Client Executive, you will be integral to our business growth, tasked with achieving assigned bookings quotas and revenue targets. This role requires managing a high volume of existing accounts while focusing on securing add-on business, expansions, renewals, price adjustments, and generating cross-sell referrals. You will engage actively with potential clients through cold calling and building trust at the C-level, driving long-term business relationships and technology adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed bookings quota and revenue targets.

Manage a high volume of accounts to secure add-on business, expansions, renewals, and cross-sell referrals.

Consistently meet or surpass performance targets related to outbound calls, qualified lead conversions, and pipeline contributions.

Serve as the product sales expert, deeply understanding competitors, market trends, and territorial dynamics.

Lead the sales process from target identification and relationship building to negotiation and contract completion.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure objectives are met, including implementation, customer support, product management, and marketing.

Prepare and analyze reports and presentations, summarizing data in complex graphical formats for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

1-2 years of B2B inside sales experience in a rapidly evolving industry.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance goals.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical business experience; further education is a plus.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create high-quality documents.

Familiarity with prospecting software such as Outreach, Salesloft, or Revenue.io strongly preferred.

Proficient in using Salesforce.com for data entry and reporting.

Ability to independently make significant decisions and recommendations.

Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation capabilities; public speaking skills are beneficial.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.

Capability to work collaboratively across various departments and with all organizational levels.

Ability to manage time effectively, work in a fast-paced environment, and negotiate skillfully in varied sales situations.

Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
