Job Details

The Inpatient Assistant Campus Manager will function as a member of the Inpatient Leadership Team, to provide coordination and support of daily operations of inpatient services with a critical focus on staff development and fidelity to campus and cottage milieu programming. This role will actively participate and manage the employee life cycle for assigned staff.


Qualifications

Acceptable Experience/Training/ Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work or related human services field with two years of post-degree experience in the human services field
  • At least three (3) years previous supervisory experience required in an inpatient/residential setting
  • Must have significant professional experience with clients that have intellectual and mental health needs
  • Must have knowledge and experience with administrative policies and procedures
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Federal, State and local laws governing client rights and provider relationships
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work


Required Special Qualifications:

  • Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Certification required or eligible to become CMA certified within three (3) months of hire
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License and meet the Agency's driving requirements
