As An Innovation Research & Design Co-op, You Will
Quickly build an understanding of projects across customer, business & technology dimensions
Do Research & Design work to discover needs of customers, turn them into insights that will influence design of a solution’s technology & business model
Build solutions that deliver value to Copeland customers that solve their burning problems
Design & run research plans and experiments to evaluate the strength of an innovation opportunity
Design & run workshops for interdisciplinary teams to drive important project conversations
Collaborate with engineers, designers, technicians, subject matter experts and business leaders
Present your cool ideas to the team!
Required Education, Experience & Skills
Undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
Ability to work potentially 40 hours per week during the scheduled semester
Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship for this role will not be provided
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills
Undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, Social Sciences, or Business Administration
Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher
Sophomore or higher class status
Experience doing business development work
Experience working & brainstorming in interdisciplinary teams
Confidence managing and building your own To-do list from complex project requirements
Confidence writing and communicating – high attention to detail
Comfort in both leadership and followership roles
Enjoys learning fast and has fun exploring BIG questions
