As the Maintenance Technician you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on the manufacturing equipment. The Maintenance Technician plays a sufficient role in the company’s success.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining, adjusting, and repairing manufacturing equipment in a timely manner.
Troubleshoot mechanicals, electrical, hydraulic, inspect, repair, adjust trim fixtures, assembly fixtures, support equipment, and performing lock out/tag out.
Perform Preventative Maintenace assigned in a timely manner.
Be an active spokesperson for Health & Safety Representative
Hands on First Aid Representative and reports all injuries according to the company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
3+ years’ experience of industrial maintenance in the automotive industry (definite asset)
Expertise in electrical, hydraulic and, and pneumatic prints
Understanding of injection and blow molding machinery
Excellent troubleshooting, root cause, and proven repair experience
Knowledge of parametric and industrial control systems
Familiar with OSHA safety standards and regulations
