Job Description

As an InfoSource Chat Agent, you will be responsible for answering chat inquiries from Benefit Advisors in all enrollment positions as well as Application Customer Service Representatives.

The Role

• Respond to chat inquiries from Enrollment Benefit Advisors and Application Customer Service Representatives.
• Familiarize yourself with the BA Manual, Application Guide, and all other Via Benefits resources.
• Provide accurate information to floor representatives.
• Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
  
  

Qualifications

The Requirements

• Detailed knowledge of the Benefit Advisor role.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems.
• A positive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to work extended hours, including weekends as needed.
• The noise level in the work environment should be moderate to low.

Compensation

The hourly rate being offered for this role is $23/hour USD.
