This is a full-time on-site role as an Information Technology Technician at DAILY PLUS IT SOLUTIONS located in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. As an Information Technology Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining network infrastructure. You will also be responsible for documenting technical processes and procedures, as well as training end-users on new technologies.
Qualifications
Proven work experience as an Information Technology Technician or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) are a plus
