Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role as an Information Technology Technician. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support to users, delivering excellent customer service, and providing training to employees on software and hardware systems.

Qualifications

• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Experience in Information Technology
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to provide training to employees
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience in a similar role is a plus
• Associate degree or relevant certifications in Information Technology or related field
