Information Technology System Administrator

Job Description:

ProBio, is seeking a skilled IT System Administrator to oversee IT operations and contribute as a subject matter expert (SME) in the GxP change control process at our Hopewell site. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal performance and security of our IT systems while supporting the regulatory compliance initiatives of our life sciences operations.

Key Responsibilities:

A. IT Maintenance and Support:

• Oversee daily IT-related maintenance and operations at the Hopewell site, ensuring all systems function smoothly and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues, maintaining high availability and performance.
• Implement and monitor IT system security measures to protect data and network infrastructure.

B. GxP Change Control Process:

• Act as an IT SME in the GxP change control process, ensuring IT systems and processes comply with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with regulatory and compliance departments to assess the impact of changes on the IT infrastructure.
• Document all IT changes and maintain records in accordance with GxP requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• Industry: Preference for candidates from the Life Sciences or Manufacturing sectors.
• Experience: 5 years of experience in IT system administration, with a strong background in IT operations and maintenance. Experience in a GxP regulated environment is highly advantageous.
• Skills: Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network systems. Strong understanding of IT security best practices.
• Knowledge: Deep knowledge of IT system administration and familiarity with regulatory compliance and change control processes, preferably in a GxP environment.
• Language: Proficiency in reading, writing, Prefer to be bilingual.
