Functional Role: Help Desk/IT Support

Location: Glendale, CA *onsite*

Salary: $65k + OT

Technical Skills: Windows 10, O365, AD, Citrix Thin Clients , Videoconferencing (Zoom/Teams/Web)

The Help Desk Specialist will help users in person, via phone and through the use of Remote Support software. This person will create and work Help Desk desktop support tickets as well as assign tickets to next level support when needed. The position will also require setting up, moving or decommissioning computers as well as shipping equipment to other locations.

For this position, we will need a minimum of five years of experience.

Knowledge of the following technologies is desired.

• Windows 10
• Office 2013, 2019 and O365
• Active Directory – reset passwords, enable or disable accounts, create new accounts
• Citrix Cloud Desktops
• RingCentral or other VOIP phone systems
• Zoom, Teams, WebEx and other video meeting softwares
• Wyse Terminal and PC hardware
