A global services company is looking to hire an IT Support Manager permanently. This position will take over complete responsibility for the IT support function for this organization and must be able to demonstrate a track record of managing a team of 5+. This person should be a data-driven leader who is comfortable working hands on, leading, mentoring and managing team members and ensuring fantastic customer service for a company.
Requirements:
5+ years in IT Support space
3+ years in Leadership capacity
Windows and Mac
Experience supporting hardware and software
Strong with entire M365 suite of products
Active Directory
Managing to metrics or KPIs
Preferred Skills:
Google Workspace
Compensation: $130,000-140,000
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
