Information Technology Support Engineer

Robert Half is searching for a IT Support Engineer who can assist a research institute based in Everett, WA. This candidate will be responsible for escalated support, handling level 2 and 3 technical issues. This position is 100% Onsite and will be a short-term contract (3 months) with potential to extend.

Job Details:

Location: Everett, WA

Duration: 3 months with potential to extend

Schedule: Monday- Friday – Core business Hours

Pay: $35-40/HR

Job Duties:

• Provide second and third-level support to 450 end users on a variety of issues.
• Respond to high-volume help requests from end users via telephone, help desk tickets (Freshservice), and Microsoft Teams.
• Follow step-by-step procedures to image hardware and manage devices using MS Intune.
• Provide timely support for general IT tickets, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage, image, and deploy system images for devices, including Dell laptops and desktops.
• Create and manage user accounts, modify distribution groups, and maintain Active Directory infrastructure

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in a level 2 and 3 IT Support capacity or related role
• Skilled in imaging Windows machines (OS 10), and Dell hardware.
• Knowledgeable in Active Directory user management
• Nice to have: CompTIA+, Network+, ITIL framework
