Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist. The Information Technology Specialist will be responsible for end-user support for various Operating Systems, hardware support, general IT troubleshooting, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves maintaining and supporting out clients' IT infrastructure, resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring network security and data privacy, and delivering exceptional technical support to internal users.
Qualifications
Strong customer service skills
Knowledge of Information Technology best practices
Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Basic understanding of Information Technology
Basic knowledge of data recovery processes
Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace Basic Administration
Understanding the basics of remote desktop support and system monitoring
Basic Network Administration and troubleshooting skills
Experience in network security is a plus
Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, etc.) is a plus
Experience working in a similar role is a plus
