Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the charge in handling new customer requests by leveraging ITIL processes to conceptualize and implement cutting-edge automation solutions. Identify and execute improvements that streamline IT Service Management (ITSM) platform workflows.
2. Technical Mastery: Provide your technical expertise to the ITSM platform, taking charge of configuration changes, system patching, and utilizing ITSM tools for effective management of assets, changes, network operations, and incident handling.
3. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to facilitate requirement gathering and design enterprise-level ITSM solutions. Ensure that your solutions adhere to industry compliance standards.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field.
• IT Service Management Prowess: Demonstrate a solid foundation in IT Service Management, encompassing asset management, incident resolution, service requests, problem-solving, change management, release management, and project execution.
• Experience: Accumulate a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in IT Service Management.
• ITIL Expert
